I 5 Design and Build Pvt Ltd is an innovative design and build company. We are looking forward an energetic, challenging Quantity Surveyor for our new branch at Kahathuduwa, Piliyandala.
Candidate Profile:
NCT/HND or equivalent qualification
1 to 2 years of experience in housing projects
Age below 30 years
Experience in AutoCAD 2D/3D will be an added advantage
Civil knowledge of housing project
Knowledge and awareness of available materials in the market and current prices
Should be work under minimum supervision
Job role:
Prepare BOQ
Prepare interim/ final bills for the client and cross-check contractor’s interim bills
Willing to travel on-site and work extended hours whenever required
Salary is negotiable
