Responsibilties

Respond To Customer Inquires & Phone, Email, Chat
Resolve Customer issues by provinding timely accurate information
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our porducts and services
Document customer Interactions In our Database
Collaborate with other Team members 10 improve the overall customer Experience
Requirements,

School Leavers are encouraged to apply to this job role
Should be able to understand and speak English & Sinhala
Will be working 5 days a week 9am to 5pm on rooster basis
Age below 30 Year olds with some experience in Customer Care Executive will be an added Advantage
