We are an approved company secretaries firm which was registered as a secretary under the Companies (Secretaries) Regulations 1987 at the Registrar of Companies. For any Company who is having a turnover of more than Sri Lankan Rupees One Million (Rs. 1,000,000/-) per annul or a Paid up Capital of Sri Lankan Rupees Five Hundred Thousand (Rs. 500,000/-) is required to appoint a qualified Secretary.
අපි සමාගම් රෙජිස්ට්‍රාර් හි 1987 සමාගම් (ලේකම්) රෙගුලාසි යටතේ ලේකම්වරයෙකු ලෙස ලියාපදිංචි වූ අනුමත සමාගම් ලේකම්වරුන්ගේ සමාගමකි. ශ්‍රී ලංකා රුපියල් මිලියනයකට වඩා (රු. 1,000,000/-) වාර්ෂික පිරිවැටුමක් හෝ ශ්‍රී ලංකා රුපියල් පන්ලක්ෂයක (රු. 500,000/-) ගෙවන ප්‍රාග්ධනයක් ඇති ඕනෑම සමාගමක් සඳහා සුදුසුකම් ලත් ලේකම් අයෙකු පත් කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය වේ.

1. Acting as a company Secretary / සමාගම් ලේකම්වරයෙකු ලෙස කටයුතු කිරීම
