a. Minute books (AGM, EGM and Board Meetings) - Minutes of Board Meetings will be prepared by us and True Extracts of Resolutions passed will be prepared and certified by us whenever necessary
b. Share register
c. Share Certificate books
All communication with the Registrar of companies for and on behalf of your company will be our responsibility. All statutory documents to be filed with the Registrar of Companies will be filed by us.
