Every company shall at least once in every year deliver to the Registrar of companies an annual return (Form – 15). The annual return shall be completed within thirty working days from the date of the Annual General Meeting for the year.


සෑම සමාගමක්ම අවම වශයෙන් සෑම වසරකම වරක්වත් සමාගම් රෙජිස්ට්‍රාර් වෙත වාර්ෂික වාර්තාවක් (ආකෘතිය - 15) ලබා දිය යුතුය. වාර්ෂික මහා සභා රැස්වීමේ දින සිට වැඩ කරන දින තිහක් ඇතුළත වාර්ෂික වාර්තාව සමාගම් රෙජිස්ට්‍රාර් වෙත ලබා දිය යුතුය.

16. Calculation and filling of Statement of Estimated Income Tax Payable and submission to the IRD/ ගෙවිය යුතු ඇස්තමේන්තුගත ආදායම් බදු ප්‍රකාශය ගණනය කිරීම සහ පිරවීම සහ IRD වෙත ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම.
17. Obtaining Tax Clearance certificate / බදු නිෂ්කාශන සහතිකය ලබා ගැනීම
18. Drafting appeal letters against Assessment Notices / තක්සේරු නිවේදනවලට එරෙහිව අභියාචනා ලිපි කෙටුම්පත් කිරීම
19. Drafting Objection letters against Default Tax Notices / පැහැරහරින බදු නිවේදනවලට එරෙහිව විරෝධතා ලිපි කෙටුම්පත් කිරීම
20. Issuing Tax Certificate for Visa purpose / වීසා අරමුණ සඳහා බදු සහතිකය නිකුත් කිරීම
