Every company shall at least once in every year deliver to the Registrar of companies an annual return. The annual return shall be completed within thirty working days from the date of the Annual General Meeting for the year.
Every Company not acting in accordance with the Companies Act will be Subject to a fine not exceeding Rs. 100,000/= for the relevant Company and not exceeding Rs. 50,000/= each for officers (Directors) of such Companies, in accordance with section 131(4) of Act.
