Junior Company Lawyer
We are looking for a dynamic young lawyer
to assist the management in their operations.
Responsibilities:
# Draft and Evaluate new business agreements
# Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
# Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
# Examine the legal issues related to services provided by the Company.
# Represent the Company at meetings with local authorities and officials.
# Draft and Execute Notarial Agreements on behalf of the Company
# Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
# Good knowledge in company law and labor law.
Requirements:
# Attorney at Law with a minimum of three years of experience.
# Notary Public with a minimum of three years of experience.
# Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
# High analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
