We are a well-established Australian-based IT back-office company located in Kohuwala, Sri Lanka. Known for distributing, implementing, and supporting ERP Software for the glass industry. We are looking for candidates with expertise in both Information Technology and Business Administration for the role of IT Business Analyst. You will be working with a talented group of developers using the latest technologies to deliver and support a quality product to the customer.
IT Business Analyst (2+ Years in a previous IT Business Analyst or similar role)
Responsibilities: -
• Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals.
• Identify and resolve project issues.
• Analyse complex business problems and determine an IT solution.
• Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of the system.
• Define objectives and scope of the business system.
• Work closely with the Technical and Development Team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
• Work with the training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
• Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technical functionality testing team.
• Running A/B tests and analyzing data.
Advantages: -
• Strong understanding of an enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Comfortable with Atlassian/Jira/Azure DevOps, or other software development management systems.
